The Railroading of Bernard Kerik

The US justice system is a criminal enterprise, as Paul Craig Roberts and Bill Anderson have shown. Government judges and government prosecutors, in a police state, can railroad anyone into prison. (And government prisons — totalitarian mini-states — are immense evils themselves.) Here lawyer and reformer Andrew Kreig describes what happened to Bernard Kerik. Of course, I always assume that anyone targeted by the state is less bad than the officials targeting him, and that legal and all other official-media propaganda is a pack of lies.
