The problem with Roberts

Just before he was nominated Judge Roberts upheld the President’s authority to convene military tribunals without interference from Congress or the Judiciary. Roberts’ also ratified Attorney General Gonzales’ position that the Geneva Convention does not apply to the war on terror, oops, I mean struggle against global extremism. As important as overturning the monstrous Roe v. Wade decision is, perhaps the key issue Roberts should be questioned on in his hearings is what limits the Constitution places on the President in waging a struggle against global extremism.
