Hot on the heels of Congress’ creation of a national ID and expansion of the PATRIOT Act comes the new Pentagon plan to “increase military activities on American soil.” This may be a clever plot to solve the military’s recruiting problems, it will be a lot easier to get people to sign up if, instead of going to Iraqi, they get to stay here and bully their friends and relatives.
