Lew, you mentioned the old SDS chant. Although it wouldn’t be appropriate to sing in church, at least it wouldn’t be as bad as asking God to bless the troops that are fighting immoral and unjust wars thousands of miles away, like you hear in hundreds if not thousands of churches of all denominations. I know this is true because people write me and tell me what is going on in their churches.
