Cato’s Ted Galen Carpenter just appeared on Fox Snooze to inform us of the dangers implicit in North Korea’s current nuclear program. While I am uncomfortable with any nation having such weapons, Mr. Carpenter made no mention of the threat posed by the nation with the largest collection of nukes; the only nation that has ever used them against another nation; and the nation that declares it would consider using such weapons in any future “preemptive” attacks upon other nations.
