A bill in committee at New York State’s Assembly that “Relates to administering a COVID-19 vaccine” states in part:

IF PUBLIC HEALTH OFFICIALS  DETERMINE  THAT  RESIDENTS  OF  THE STATE  ARE NOT DEVELOPING SUFFICIENT IMMUNITY FROM COVID-19, THE DEPARTMENT SHALL MANDATE VACCINATION FOR ALL INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS OF INDIVIDUALS WHO, AS SHOWN BY CLINICAL DATA, ARE PROVEN TO BE  SAFE  TO  RECEIVE SUCH VACCINE.

Yes, the legislation allows medical exemptions—but the doctors who grant those exemptions look to the state for permission to practice medicine. Whom will they placate: patients who oppose this vaccines or the bureaucrats who can yank their licenses?

Ah, but there’s a bright side: New York City’s Mayor Mao, a.k.a.,  Bill DeBlabbio, seems to be working at cross-purposes to the Assembly. DeBlabbio has degraded the Big Apple so fearsomely that its serfs have vamoosed. That means far fewer victims remain for the Public Control–sorry, Health monsters to jab than formerly.
