The Texas Monthly on Ron Paul. Not all bad, despite the American Gothic-esque illustration that manages to get Ron all wrong, except on the effect of his elephant, who is about to open up the Republican room.
UPDATE: Writes Anthony Gregory, “How do they always manage to make Ron Paul look so dour? He’s never been anything but the cheerful warrior for freedom?”
UPDATE 2: Writes Peter Jaworski, “That is my all-time, absolute most favourite image of Ron Paul anywhere. He doesn’t look ‘dour’ or ‘angry’ or anything of that sort. He looks austere, serious, and like the man I would picture booting Bush II from the White House.”
