Of Israel.  They are of course perfectly free to criticize their own government and its policies, boycott individual states, as with the boycott of North Carolina a couple of years ago, and indeed criticize and work against the policies of any other government on earth.  Many other states have laws prohibiting their employees from criticizing the government of Israel thanks to our political whores in the federal, state, and local governments who are happy to be bribed to assault the First Amendment in this way — the same Amendment they took a “solemn oath” to uphold when they were sworn in.
