It’s some clips from an initial taser test involving 3000 volunteers, mostly cops I believe, which supposedly demonstrates how safe and effective the taser is. “What’s interesting about this is the very artificial environment created for the tests: tasered “victims” are helped to the ground as they fall, and then peacefully lie there while they recover.
