Subtler Propaganda Than Progressives’ Usual Ham-Fisted Variety

Fascinating, the euphemisms socialists use when discussing politicians’ favorite bargaining CHIP, the “Children’s Health Insurance Program.” I heard an announcer this morning describe CHIP as a program for “low and moderate income children.” But there’s no such thing, unless Leviathan repeals its laws against gainful employment for kids. No, CHIP’s legalized theft hands our money to parents, i.e., adults. Alas, deadbeats who spawn more dependents than they can support aren’t nearly as sympathetic as their innocent offspring, are they?
