The band of criminals who call themselves the State of Delaware have decided to heavily tax one of the few forms of recycling that is actually good for the environment. Metal dealers in the diamond state must now get licenses to heat metal to its melting point, keep detailed documentation of where every ounce of metal comes from, and suffer new mandatory waiting periods before completing each transaction.
