Spygate?

There’s no substance to Russiagate, but in the attempts to make something of it through intelligence leaks, the spotlight is being shone on the NSA, the FBI, the CIA, John Brennan, James Clapper and James Comey. It’s being shone on Congressmen who hide behind “national security”, who fear the intelligence agencies and who refuse to investigate them.

Evidence is accumulating that the spy agencies, working alone and with foreign counterparts, have been illegally collecting intelligence for years. The spotlight is starting to swivel 180 degrees to shine on them. The heat on them is starting to get palpable. Will we get a Spygate, a CIAgate, a surveillancegate, a deep stategate, an FBIgate? That would be more than welcome.
