Regarding the report that Steven Spielberg is hiring Doris Kearns-Goodwin to write a book/script on Lincoln (the title of which makes me want to puke), I have one thing to say: How appropriate that an admitted serial plagiarizer is writing a book on The Great Obfuscator to be made into a cinematic fantasy by the Hollywood/Disneyland set. You may recall that Kearns-Goodwin admitted to having paid six-figure hush money to the woman whom she plagiarized in her (Doris’s) sychophantic book on the Kennedys.
