Sydney Blumenthal, just fired by Salon and now writing only for the Guardian, has another brilliant piece on the Straussian string-pullers, their idiot king, and their lost war. Good for Drudge for linking to it, given his history of libeling for the Republicans the man he dubbed “Sid Vicious.” The heroic Blumenthal was responsible, as a Clinton aide, for the prescient and accurate report on the “vast right-wing conspiracy,” i.e. the neocons.
