Question 1:

Is there a relation to draw between the tragedy of the commons and sharing a similar physical description? White people can have blue, green, hazel or brown eyes. They can have blonde, red, brown or black hair. Blacks and Asians in contrast can only have black hair and brown eyes. All things being held constant would this not make it harder to identify a criminal if he was black or Asian as opposed to identifying a white person?

Question 2:

What exactly does the Federal Reserve steal if the value of the dollar is not tangible? When central banks inflate the currency they “steal” the dollar’s purchasing power, they “steal” from savings. However, the word “steal” in this context does not satisfy the libertarian concept of stealing.

However, even though the fed doesn’t steal, still it’s a problem and should be repealed. It was charged with maintaining the value of the dollar. Since 1913, its value has declined by some 97%. It is charged with ironing out the business cycle. Yet, in the 100 years after its founding, business cycle oscillations have markedly increased, compared to the 100 years before.

Question 3:

Where can I find your writings on having someone on a plane and the pilot having to drop off the passenger safely as opposed to jettisoning them. I would also like to read some of your work on implied contract such as the pool man coming on an agreed monthly basis etc. The reason behind this is, I want to see if there is an argument to be made against abortion using the same criteria.
