Scientists, Bureaucrats Argue Over Funding, Ignore Basic Economics
The AP reports on the various points of view on AIDS funding. They range from “we need to continue to fund AIDS,” to “we need to focus some more funding other diseases,” to “we need to throw more money at AIDS and other diseases.” Predictably, the bureaucrat from UNAIDS is responsible for that last viewpoint.
