The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to consider overturning Ross Ulbricht’s conviction and life sentence with no possibility of parole. Go out and rape and murder someone and you will serve less time. And as I pointed out in my 2015 article about Ulbricht, even Charles Manson had parole hearings.
