Reports the Daily Telegraph from London: “Mr McCain will not even have it all his own way at the Republican convention in St Paul, Minnesota, in September. His onetime rival for the nomination, the libertarian Ron Paul, has revealed that he will hold a shadow convention a few miles up the road at the same time, touting his own anti-war and small government agenda. “Mr Paul said: ‘I can’t endorse somebody that basically disagrees with all of the things that I have worked for, for the past 30 years.’”
