Roman Over To Tony’s for Great Food and Service

Several of LRC’s readers tell me that Basilico’s Pasta e Vino marries a love of liberty to delicious Italian food (but I repeat myself: what Italian food isn’t delicious?!). Dining on mediocre fare without masks or other reference to the plandemic would immensely hearten any Patriot; wedding that experience to fine food boosts the event to forever memorable!

Stephen agrees:

We celebrated my birthday there a couple of weeks ago and were again treated like human beings.

How encouraging: an entrepreneur who manifests that he’s glad for your business instead of reacting as if you’re a leper!

Since the last time I was there, a new sign had been added on the door, highlighting Sheriff Richard Mack’s Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA).

And Lee Olson “stopped in”

a couple weeks ago … during lunch on my way home from a doctor’s visit in Corona Del Mar.

As I was walking up to the entrance to Basilico’s Pasta e Vino, I noticed a young man working outside who appeared to be a staff member. I asked him (jokingly) if this was the rebel place. He replied in the affirmative. I then asked him if he was Tony (I’d not yet seen a photo of Tony). He joked back by replying that he was Sargent (so and so, I didn’t commit the name he gave to memory). It was so refreshing to be able to dine in peace. I ordered a salad. It was not only good but gigantic. It made for two delicious meals. I’ve been trying for a long time to get other local restaurants to follow Tony’s lead. Perhaps his video you linked will do the job. Restaurants are gradually opening reopening but not fully like Tony. …Tony has posted [signs] on the windows of Basilico’s Pasta e Vino declaring it a mask free zone. Masked Zombie’s are not allowed in.

Another reader asked whether Basilico’s delivers to the Midwest!
