Restaurateur in Michigan Fills Dr. Atlas’ Prescription

After Gov. Gretchen Whitmer shut down in-door dining at restaurants for a second time this year, the owner of one eatery [in Trenton, Michigan] put a large inflatable Grinch in front of his business with a sign: “Gretch the Grinch.” …

[Jeremy Syrocki, owner of Truago restaurant] purchased the blow-up character from “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” and put it in front of his business … Friday morning.

It took all of about 10 minutes before people started responding — some in full support and others vowing never to return to [his restaurant].

Some people have no sense of humor—or of patriotism.

Thanks to David Mueller for sending this story. If you want to laugh as hard as I did, click on the link for a picture of the Gretch and her red lipstick, courtesy of the witty Serf Syrocki she’s trying to bankrupt.
