A lot of fetid and sluggish water has passed under the proverbial bridge since this brilliant article was first published several years ago. In light of the history which has occurred in that time I believe that a close re-reading of it will prove extremely enlightening and illuminating in trying to make sense of how the world operates through the analytical lens of power elite analysis or Establishment Studies.
