Tom, you don’t have to go all the way to Florida to ride with the wind in your hair: Pennsylvania also has a “no-helmet law” for motorcycles. Although this is not so special in and of itself, what’s amazing is that there was a mandatory helmet law in PA, but it was modified after 35 years on the books to make it so that most motorcyclists are not required to wear helmets.
