Professor Anderson, you’re right in doubting that Olbermann understands any of this in the Misesian sense, I doubt this too. My point (which I apologize was not clear) in saying ‘individuals are beginning to understand this concept the hard way’ is that their understanding of collectivist incompetence has been sparked by this event. I recognize that the understanding is in its infancy and based solely on experience.
