The “Bill Clinton Effect” apparently helped Brown win in Massachusetts.  Recall how Clinton’s popularity ratings always seemed to improve the juicier the sex scandal talk about him was.  The ABC Radio news this morning announced Brown’s victory, and then the only thing they said about him was that in 1982 he was voted by Cosmopolitan magazine to be “the sexiest man alive” and appeared “almost nude” in the magazine.
