You have to love the over-the-top melodramatic vocabulary of journalists. Here’s my favorite part of that tidbit: “As for the price of gas, Rockwell thundered…”

Wow, I watched that speech too, and I was thinking the whole time, “boy will this Rockwell guy ever stop thundering? He’s totally out of control. He’s waaacky.” Indeed, every time I’ve met him in person, I’ve thought, “what a thunderous fellow.”

Others who have met him will undoubtedly agree. So much thundering. Non stop. I mean really. “Rockwell thundered” ???
