Flying out of BWI airport on Sunday I noticed a new sign by Homeland Security advising me not to pack “cash or jewelry” in my checked luggage. The reason for this, as numerous news reports show, is that the Homeland Security burecuarcy is packed with a gang of thieves who have stolen a fortune from checked baggage. There have been literally tens of thousands of claims against the government for Homeland Thievery.
