Re: Funny Way To Defend Our Freedoms

For those who have asked about the picture I posted of servicemen lined up in Hawaii for a brothel, I have updated my post with information about the extent of prostitution usage among the military in Hawaii before and during World War II. It was even worse than I thought. Note that I have never even criticized our “brave soldiers” of the “greatest generation” who “defended our freedoms” during the “good war” for visiting prostitutes. My point is that they were ordinary men, not heroes who should be worshipped for being in the military. Look at the reception that soldiers get in some airports and churches and you will see that my use of the word “worshipped” is not too strong. My point is also that the military is no place for a Christian or anyone with any sense of morality.
