Because I have long been a skeptic of the very notion of public policy, I tend not to pay too much attention to the proposals made by libertarian think tanks. But I did read the recommendations on affordable housing that were emailed to me this morning. I note that we need higher pay for bureaucrats in California, and enhanced housing vouchers for the poor.
