The CIA attacked Trump on December 9, 2016. It did this via a briefing to U.S. senators in which the CIA alleged “that Russia intervened in the 2016 election to help Donald Trump win the presidency.” The CIA attack was preceded by a closely-related attack on the Trump presidency.
