Prices in perspective

When I stopped at my neigborhood station to buy gasoline this morning, the price of regular was $2.37 per gallon. This station also sells bottled water, the price for which was $2.50 per gallon. If, as the economically illiterate would insist, “greedy” oil companies are responsible for increased gasoline prices, what international cartels are “driving up” the price of water?
