Now that Romney has named his VP and we have the tickets of Obama/Biden and Romney/Ryan (unless something changes at the last minute), let me give each ticket the reason why they will win if they win.
Diehard Democrats will vote for Obama/Biden now matter what. Diehard Republicans will vote for Romney/Ryan no matter what. If Obama/Biden win it will be because the rest of the electorate hates Romney/Ryan more than them. If Romney/Ryan wins it will be because the rest of the electorate hates Obama/Biden more than them.
