Port Authority 68% Liable for ’93 WTC Attacks

Here’s a whopper. According to a New York jury, the Port Authority of NY/NJ is 68% liable for the 1993 World Trade Center attacks, while the terrorists were only 32% liable for which victims will be remunerated in separate various trials. How they came up with this insane calculus will be the subject to law review analysis for years to come. As nutty as the outcome is, I think the jury is on to something here.
