I would second Tom’s nomination. Granted, I am a Maryland state employee, so I need to be careful in saying critical things about my boss. However, anyone who believes that the Bush administration is a “minimal government” administration really needs to start smoking crack or anything else that will increase his intelligence. But, in my conversations with other faculty members here, I suspect that many of them would agree with O’Malley Cat. It always amazes me how people can live in a dream world.
