Today Ohio voters voted to nullify the ObamaCare health insurance mandate through an amendment to the state constitution. Unlike other “Health Care Freedom Acts” passed in various states, this is close to being a true nullification measure because it explicitly states that “No federal, state, or local law or rule shall compel, directly or indirectly, any person, employer, or health care provider to participate in a health care system.” What’s the likely consequence?
