But apparently they are much quicker to catch on about the deadliness of tasers; once touted to be an alternative to bullets and therefore save lives. The problem is instead of only being used in circumstances where a suspect would previously have been shot, police now use them at every opportunity to spare themselves the physical effort of safely restraining an unarmed person who poses no credible threat.”
