New Book on Ron Paul

My book on Ron Paul is now available on Amazon.

Block, Walter E. 2012. Ron Paul for President in 2012: Yes to Ron Paul and Liberty. Ishi Press;

Please write a book review of it on Amazon.

This book consists of three main parts. One is my attempt to promote the presidential candidacy of Congressman Ron Paul. To that end I have written about who he might pick for vice president, for Supreme Court, why he is really a friend of Israel, etc. Two, true confession, I really don’t mind all that much when the New York Times, Newsweek, NBC, CBS, ABC, Fox, and other members of the mainstream media either ignore my friend Ron, or laugh at him, or unfairly denigrate him. What can you expect from such people after all? They just don’t have a clue as to the benefits of private property, non interventionism and freedom. But it really bugs me when people with impeccable libertarian credentials such as Randy Barnett, Stefan Molyneux, Wendy McElroy, and Bob Poole do so. So a second part of this book is my attempt to set these people straight (although I do have a chapter very critical of Alan Dershowitz and some other mainstream personages, no libertarians they). The third part of this book is my love letter to Ron Paul, which peeks out on practically every page; no, make that every sentence. I have known Dr. Paul for several decades, and have always been an admirer of his, but never more than now. This book is dedicated to Ron Paul, and I am delighted that he wrote a nice blurb for it, as did Lew Rockwell and Tom Woods. My only regret about Congressman Paul’s run for the presidency is that Murray Rothbard is not around to appreciate it.
