National Doughnut Day

Today is National Doughnut Day. I did not realize that it succeeded “the Doughnut Day event created by The Salvation Army in 1938 to honor the men and women who served doughnuts to soldiers during World War I.” Anyway, better go get your doughnuts before those infamous doughnut grazers and doughnut burners clean out your local doughnut emporium.
