Subject: NAP Terms of Service
Hello Dr. Block,
Sorry to bother you. I heard you speak at Anarchapulco last month, but this question just came up.
I am working on a website project, which will provide pay-per-view video content of its creators’ choice.
I will naturally have to censor the content somewhat, but i want to make my Terms of Service as simple as possible by limiting the censorship to illegal content, and that incompatible with the Non-aggression Principle.
My intuition is that this is possible, but I’m not sure. Do you have any suggestions?
At this point, my plan is to ask the Libertarian and Anarchist scholars for input, and if it’s possible, develop it on Github with the help of others: …
Thank you very much for your time and attention.

Dear I:
Only government can censor. What you’re doing is limiting contractual obligations, something very different. Lookit, I’m now going to “censor” you: you can’t come to my house and read Shakespeare to me at 3am. Censorship? of course not.
Best regards,
Walter
