We have to let those little fetuses grow up to become teenagers so that they can get blown to pieces in one of John McCain’s “war of a hundred (or even ten thousand) years.” The envangelic-corporate-state alliance now has something for all its supporters. I can imagine their bumper-stickers: “war is good business: invest your son.” When that message was first expressed during the 1960s, it was intended as satire. It will now be pure patriotism!
