It is Sunday morning, and for a while (until mid-week) skies are clear and the sun is shining. (It was near zero this morning, so we are having our usual spate of cold temperatures). Despite the fact that Garrett  County got the most snow of anyone in this storm (30+ inches), we also dug out more quickly than did places that received less snow.
