Travis Holte writes that he was watching the Minnesota vs. Colorado State college football game which went into overtime, with the referee making this interesting statement (broadcast over the loudspeaker) for the coin toss: “Heads is the Marine Corps emblem, tails is the U.S. flag.”
It was revealed last year that some NFL teams were being paid six figures, courtesy of the taxpayer, to put on all those fascistic displays of military worship during the games, some of which stop just short of sacrificing a Muslim at the 50 yard line. I wonder how much loot the colleges are pocketing to encourage their students to drop out to go and die in another senseless, offensive war.
