The Washington Times agrees with me that Biden misstated the powers of the VP Silence so far on the Obama network (MSNBC). Not Biden’s first misstatement in the campaign. BTW, I just checked Google News. Other than the WT, I find no mention of this VP gaffe in the MSM.
