The Tax Foundation, taken over a decade ago by Charles Koch of oil, Cato, Reason, etc. fame, is giving its annual Distinguished Service Awards to two tax collectors from congress who have specialized in such distinguished services needing awarding as leading “legislative efforts to prevent American companies from moving offshore to avoid paying U.S. taxes.”
