Military Masons

I have written often about the military in society, and especially among Christians. I’m afraid this has infected all groups in society. Masons in PAhad a dinner recently to honor local veterans. A presentation was given called “Thank you for your service to this great nation.”  Certificates of merit were presented for serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom. The Vietnam and Korean wars were mentioned. The main speaker called veterans “America’s true heroes” and said that  1.293 million Americans have been killed in military actions since the Revolutionary War began.

I wonder how many of those 1.293 million deaths were actually senseless wastes of life in foreign wars that the U.S. had no business fighting?
