“I’m the last person in the world to advocate an expansion of government,” Limbaugh said today on his radio show, after spending the past 20 years cheerleading for every war and every military intervention by the U.S. government (with the possible exception of Hillary’s invasion of Libya).   If conservatives ever read “War is the Health of the State” by Randolph Bourne, or Crisis and Leviathan by Robert Higgs, they sure keep it a secret.
