John McCain is in Miami, denouncing the idea of lifting the immoral, anti-civilian, protectionist sanctions against the Cuban people, and Obama for maybe opposing them. Here is an idea for Obama: point out that you agree with all the Popes since these sanctions were imposed, and think they are morally reprehensible. McCain and Hagee disagree, of course, but almost all Cuban-Americans are Catholics, and leaving aside the neocons, I’ll bet the young people agree with the Popes (and Ron Paul).
