McCain wraps up nomination; Obama farce.

McCain of the 1000 or million-year war, has virtually wrapped up the nomination, Intrade traders think. He’s now a strong favorite at 84%. He’s shown how “strong” he is. A farce only matched by Kennedy/Obama.

Clinton remains out in front of Obama. The Kennedy endorsement and asssociated rhetoric is an unbelievable farce. JFK was some sort of royalty? Ridiculous. Brother Ted terms Obama an heir to the throne. Yes, the President today is far more than a King ever was, just as some Framers desired.

Ted has found a voting clone in Obama. And are we supposed to salivate over these incredible political abstractions about unity, ability to govern, intrinsic qualities, change, … It’s a good thing my stomach is still strong. I’ve heard this nonsense for decades, and I simply cannot believe that it still issues out of the mouths of politicians who do not want to talk about issues and realities. They want carte blanche. I also cannot believe that the American people or some significant fraction thereof still eats up this jive. And I can’t believe that a press exists that fails to skewer this idiocy.
