This one is in an outdoor hot tub at an oceanfront resort in Cancun, Mexico. There is no outdoor mask mandate in Cancun but the moronic and tyrannical city government of Cancun still has an indoor mask mandate. Almost no Americans pay any attention to it, at least at this resort. The Japanese tourists seem to be the most obediently masked up of anyone. There are two malls within walking distance of this resort, and most merchants are ignoring the “mandate.” (I’m down here enjoying what Kamalalalalalalala Harris calls “the climate crisis”).
