FOX News interviewed a Clinton campaign propagandist tonight on the subject of the Clinton Foundation, pointing out that it spends only 10% of its donations and pockets the rest, and “Charity Watch” says it can’t figure out what the heck the Clinton Foundation does with all that money, and cannot even rate it.  The propagandist defended the Clinton Foundation by saying that it provides such wonderful services to the world as “climate change relief.”
