CNN has been emphasizing this day ever since he took office, and I understand it to mean that if he has not put an end to all terrorist groups and activities, ended unemployment, built a wall across Mexican and Canadian borders, and found a cure for both cancer and the heartbreak of psoriasis, he is required to resign from office and let Hillary take over. Is this the way it works?
